About Me

Hi, I’m Jack Maroni

I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2011 and have helped hundreds of clients to reach their ideal body potential, not only by losing weight and gaining muscle but becoming a stronger, fitter, and more confident version of themselves.

So let me tell you a little about my fitness journey. After struggling with my own weight issues as a child, I took up boxing and competed from the age of 11 until I was 18 and absolutely loved it. Not only did I feel fitter and more confident in myself, but I became a lot more naturally active and dropped a lot of weight. This is what gave me the bug for exercise and as well as boxing, I started to play football again (after a few years out), started going to the gym, and would try my hand at anything that would be regarded as a sport or allow me to be competitive.

This ultimately lead me to studying and graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise science until I went into my new passion of coaching. I started as a personal trainer with a well known commercial gym in 2011 until I went my own way in 2013 and have been helping hundreds of clients ever since. Whilst most of my clients have come to me to lose weight, get stronger and feel better and healthier within themselves, I also have experience with people training for various sports such as boxing as well as recreational athletes training for marathons, iron man, and cycling events. 

I like to feel that by using my own experiences as well as the experiences of the clients I have worked with, I can help you to achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Expert Coaching

It’s not enough to just give you a programme and let you go for it. We’ll teach you not only how to follow a plan but why you’re doing what you’re doing. This goes for any service that you sign up for and goes for nutritional guidance that you receive as well as how to do assessments and how you will progress.

Total Support

Each client is important to us whether you’re opting for the standard online coaching or 1-2-1 personal training. We will do whatever we can to make sure that you get the results and this will come in the form of weekly check ins, accountability with your coach and regular reviews of how you’re doing with your programming.

You come to us for results and that is what you’ll get by following the coaching framework that we have in place. How do we measure results? Early in 2016 I decided to join the gym and get fit again. For around 3 months I didn’t notice any difference in my body appearance, fat mass, body mass or muscle. After explaining to Jack what goals I wanted to achieve, he helped me with a fantastic training schedule and nutritional strategy to help me hit these targets. With this he took into account that I have severe asthma and worked my exercise plan in to this.
